This instrument is a contract and governs the legal relationship between
Selfdrive.com.tr and the Hirer/Renter/Driver / Renter. |

Selfdrive Mobility operates as an aggregator, collaborating with automobile dealerships, car rental, and leasing companies to host their fleets on its platform. Selfdrive Mobility does not own any of the vehicles rented or leased through the platform. The terms and conditions outlined by Selfdrive Mobility apply for the duration of the client's reservation. In the event of any defaults or disputes, Selfdrive Mobility authorizes its partners, suppliers, or vendors to take appropriate legal action as necessary.
Country-specific domain extensions are used solely for domain representation and are associated with their respective legal entities. |

Definitions |
|
a)
|
Booking/Reservation: Whenever
a Hirer/Renter/Driver follows a procedure as laid down on the
website/PWA/Mobile Application (iOS & Android) and by agreeing to the terms
and conditions therein appearing, he is said to have made a valid
booking/reservation of the service provided by the selfdrive.com.tr |
|
|
| b) |
"Hirer/Renter/Driver/Renter/Driver" shall mean and
include any Person who takes a vehicle from Selfdrive.com.tr on rent for
self-driving and is bound by these terms and conditions mentioned, all
relevant current legislation and any future legislation as becomes
applicable
|
|
|
|
| c) |
"Person" means any individual, company, partnership,
trust, sole proprietorship or association or body of persons, whether
incorporated or not.
|
|
|
|
d)
|
"Rental" shall
mean the entire course of
taking/using a vehicle from Selfdrive.com.tr on rent and shall include
without limitation the entire period between the date shown on rental
agreement/form or handing over the vehicle's key to Hirer/Renter/Driver
whichever is earlier and returning, by Hirer/Renter/Driver the vehicle in
good condition as received along with all its parts, accessories and other
property given to the Hirer/Renter/Driver, and continues till the full and
final payment by the Hirer/Renter/Driver. |

| e) |
"Rental
Agreement" shall
mean theagreement and associated items that details the details of the hire
of the Vehicle, including, but not limited to, the driver(s)times of rental
and associated locations/addresses. |
| f) |
"Vehicle" means the Vehicle described in the Rental
Agreement that has been rented or agreed to be rented by You (or any
substitute vehicle), and includes its parts, components, accessories and
contents supplied by Selfdrive.com.tr & its partners.

| g)
|
"Additional Driver" means any driver other than you who
is authorized by Selfdrive.com.tr or its affiliate partners to driver the
vehicle in accordance with the below terms& conditions.
|
|
|
1. Insurance
|
|
Basic Comprehensive insurance will be provided as part of
the rental. The Hirer/Renter/Driver is liable for the
Insurance Excess of €50 to €1500 - varies per car category -
Excess amount for Small € 75 - 150, Sedans € 150 - 500, SUV
€500 - 1000, Luxury Cars will have min Excess of €1500 is
applicable against every claims resulting from each and
every accident including (hit-and-run) reporting the
Hirer/Renter/Driver at fault (as evidenced by a Police
report).Hirer/Renter/Driver is responsible to pay the
insurance excess plus the applicable the service charge in
case of a claim being registered when the
Hirer/Renter/Driver is at fault.In the event that an
insurance policy is provided as part of the rental, then the
amount of insurance excess may be able to be reduced by
buying the super collision damage waiver (SCDW) or the SD
Protect Cover* if its applicable offered by Selfdrive.com.tr
& its partners. It is the Hirer/Renter/Driver's
responsibility to arrange this. No insurance advice or
guidance will be given or deemed to have been given by
Selfdrive.com.tr or its partners. |

|
2. Kilometers Driven
|
|
Kilometersmay be limited on all types of rentals (Daily,
Weekly, Monthly, Subscription and Microlease).It may be
possible that unlimited mileage may be offered on selected
Rentals(subject to approval), or it may be the case that
additional KMScan be driven, at a cost perKM, which would
vary by vehicle's group and category. It is the
Hirer/Renter/Driver's responsibility to ensure they are
fully aware and comply with any and all mileage limits and
they agree that any additional mileage charges will be
charged to the credit/debit card on file. |

|
|
3. Maintenance |
|
Unless otherwise detailed, maintenance will
be included in all rentals. It is the Driver's
responsibility to ensure that all vehicle servicing and
maintenance requirements are complied with and that all
regular vehicle checks (such as checking coolant and oil
levels as well as tyre pressures) are all completed as
detailed in the Highway Code. In the event that this is not
complied with, any resultant damage will be chargeable. |

|
|
4. Replacement Vehicle/s |
|
In the event of
routine
service and maintenance, a replacement vehicle nearest in
size to the hired one as possible, will be provided at no
extra cost if the service duration is more than 24 hours.
|
|
|
| 5.
Accidents |
|
a) |
In the
event of any damage or accident to the car, the Police must
be called before the vehicle is moved and a Police report
with reference number must be obtained. Should these
documents failed to be obtained, then the
Hirer/Renter/Driver is responsible for all damages incurred.
The obtaining of these documents will be the responsibility
of the Hirer/Renter/Driver. Under no circumstance should the
Hirer/Renter/Driver/ Renter/Driver arrange for the vehicle
to be repaired themselves. |

b) |
Details of
all the names and parties involved in the accidents
including wherever possible any witnessesmust be shared with
Selfdrive.com.tr and its partners. |
|
|
|
6. Traffic Violations & Salik |
|
a)
|
All costs
incurred as a result
of traffic fines or other penalties (imposed by the Police
or any other authorities) taking place during the Rental
usage will be Hirer/Renter/Driver's responsibility and would
be recovered accordingly. |
|
|
|
b) |
There will
be a 10% additional service charge on top of traffic fines
or other penalty charges. |
|
|
|
c) |
By
accepting the Terms & Conditions in the PWA, Android, iOS
App or Website while making the Booking/Reservation you
agree to pay the relevant administration charges, fees,
theft & damage charges, toll charges, parking, traffic or
any other fines or charges wherever applicable. |
|
|
|
|
7. Fuel,
Water, Oil & Tire Pressure |
|
a)
|
Only the fuel as
required for
the Vehicle is to be used. In the event of misfuelling, the
Hirer/Renter/Driver agrees to cover all charges for
correction, including any applicable additional service
charges as well as any damage costs |
|
|
|
b) |
A 20%
service charge is added to any refuelling cost |
|
|
|
|
|
8. Vehicle Condition & Tinting
Glass |
|
a) |
The
Hirer/Renter/Driver must keep the hired vehicle in a clean,
safe, and sound condition. Otherwise charges may be applied.
|
|
|
|
b) |
Tinting of
the Vehicle's window/lighting glass is strictly not
permitted.Aservice charge of Min € 300will be imposed in the
case that this is found to have occurred and the
Hirer/Renter/Driver agrees to be responsible for the same.
The Driver will be responsible for any legal proceedings
that may occur as a result of tinting. |

|
9. Vehicle check-in |
|
The Hirer/Renter/Driver must inform
Selfdrive.com.tr or its partners, before hiring, of his
intention to return the vehicle to an alternative
location/premises and there may be a charge for this
facility ("One Way").The Hirer/Renter/Driver must also
define the dates and times of the Rental otherwise excess
charges will apply. In the event that a One Way event occurs
and was not pre-arranged, Selfdrive.com.tr reserves the
right to pass on all additional charges received as a
result, plus an additional service charge. When theVehicle
is off-hired, the cost of any un-reported damage/s as well
as damages with no Police report(s) or Police reference
number(s), will be fully charged to Hirer/Renter/Driver's
account. |

|
|
10. Driving License |
|
|
The renter and
all approved drivers must be in possession of a full, valid
driving licence for at least 1 years and present it together
with an identity card or passport while receiving delivery
of the vehicle. Furthermore, the following conditions apply
depending on the Issuing country of the driving license.
Valid driving license of all EU countries are
accepted.
All other licenses:
Driving Licences
printed with non-Roman Alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, and
Cyrillic) must be accompanied by a valid International
Driving Permit.Photocopies, digital licenses, Learner's
Permits, and driver's licenses with driving restrictions
will not be accepted.
If customers have been in
Turkey for longer than six months, they need a driving
license from Turkey to rent a car. Therefore, customers need
to present the entry stamp in the passport to rent a car.
For citizens from Turkey and foreign customers who stay in
Turkeyfor more than six months, a credit assessment is
carried out(If Required). |

| 11.
Payment & Deposit |
|
Payment terms are non negotiable and the
payment will be processed before the vehicle checkout using
the credit card or debit card provided by the
Hirer/Renter/Driver. Rental charges and the security deposit
(if applicable) will be processed on the card used in order
to confirm the rental Reservation. Failure ofany payments
will result in the Reservation not being confirmed and no
vehicle will be provided
NOTE: The
Renter needs to be the credit/debitcard Holder andmust be
present at the time the Vehicle is providedin order to sign
the agreement. In the event the card holder policy is not
fulfilled the Reservation will be cancelled and a 10% Admin
Charge will be applicable and the remaining amount will be
refunded. A deposit as detailed and which varies by vehicle
category, will be taken on the credit/debit card to cover
possible traffic fines, minor damage to
vehicle("Rental Deposit"). In the event
that the rental Deposit does not cover any applicable
additional charges, the balance will be billed to the
Hirer/Renter/Driver's account.The Rental Deposit will be
automatically released in 30 working days after the date on
which the vehicle is returned in its original, as long as no
traffic offenses orfines are received. (Selfdrive.com.tr or
its associate partners is not responsible for any difference
between theamount blocked & the amount released resulting
from the fluctuation of foreign exchange rates and other
possible banking charges).
After a successful Booking,
an E-ticket will be issued as Payment Confirmation.
Selfdrive.com.tr or its associate partners will not be held
responsible for the non-receipt of communications due to any
typographical mistake or any other external factors. Late
Payment Charges: In the event of payments not received for
extension of a reservation, late payment charges of a
minimum of €50 per month on all the late invoiced months
will be applicable. The Renter/Driver must provide the
credit/debit card used for the booking as a proof of their
identity to ensure that the vehicle is provided to the
person who has made the booking. |

| 12.
IMPORTANT - EXTENSION of Reservation |
|
In the
case that an extension of the rental is not made within 3
days of the expiry of the car rental agreement or return
date, Selfdrive.com.tr reserves the right to auto extend
your current car rental agreement as per the original
Billing Cycle(Daily | Weekly | Monthly). In the event of
monthly billing cycle an auto extension will be made for a
minimum of 30 days. The extension will be processedat the
rate applicable on the website/PWA/Mobile Application (iOS &
Android) plusthe applicable late payment and will be
processed to the card on file. No claims thereafter will be
accepted and or Refunds will not be processed in the event
that the Vehicle is returned prior to the date the hire is
extended to. |

The Hirer
hereby
authorizes selfdrive and its affiliate partners to seize
and/or take steps to seize and/or authorize another to sieze
the subject matter rented and/or perform any act that is
necessary to retrieve the subject matter and thereafter
repossess the subject matter by gaining full physical
custody and control of the rented subject matter, upon the
hirer commits and/or alleged to have committed an act, which
was not subsequently rectified within the time period as
notified by the selfdrive or its affiliate partners, that
repudiates the contract between the Selfdrive and hirer.

The
Hirer further acknowledges that the representatives of the
Selfdrive or its affiliate partners have the full authority
to accept the delivery of the subject matter rented and the
hirer irrevocably agrees to hand over peaceful custody of
such subject matter to the representative(s) of selfdrive or
its affiliate partners upon a legitimate representation is
made to that effect. |

| 13. IMPORTANT -
OFFERS |
|
|
All offers
are limited to only the initial Reservation period and will
not be applicable on extension of the reservation. Offers
are limited to vehicle models by time and duration.
Selfdrive.com.tr reserves the right to close the offer
period or close the complete offer without any prior notice.
All Extension will be shifted to the new rates after the
offer ends. Subjected to prior information and confirmation
from Selfdrive.com.tr under Micro Lease *(Advance EMI
Plan).
For any voucher/discount bookings, the original
valid voucher together with a valid card (Credit/Debit) for
any additional charges such asRentalDeposit, additional
services (SCDW, Delivery & Collection etc.) must be
presented. Any vouchers issued by Selfdrive.com.tr are
non-redeemable as cash or cannot be refunded as cash.
Rental agreement/contracts offered with special discounted
rates/seasonal discounts due to exceptional market
situations will be offered a revised rate as and when the
prices are revised by our partners and subsequent extensions
will be extended as per the new price irrespective of the
contract duration or the extension commitments.

| Downpayment Offer : |
|
|
a. Downpayment processed towards any
car under this offer is Non-Refundable
b. No Refund for Early return or
cancellation of the booking processed under the
downpayment offer
c. Downpayment offer cannot be combined
with any other offers (Coupon Code, Tactical Sale
offers, Card offers etc.)
d. All other terms and conditions will
follow the standard rental terms.
e. Offer is subject to availability and
selfdrive reserves the right to terminate this offer
without any prior notice or information

14. Delivery / Collection of vehicle
|
| a)
|
Delivery/Collection of vehicles
is chargeable and subject to a minimum charge* each
way*(Based on the location of the delivery and pick up).
|
|
b)
|
Selfdrive.com.tr or its affiliate partners
will not be responsible for any delay in delivery/collection
due to unforeseen circumstances which includes traffic,
weather conditions etc. |
|
|
| 15. Airport
Surcharge |
|
All Airport
Parking charges needs to be paid
by the renter. Should the payment be made by
Selfdrive.com.tr , an additional €25 will be charged as a
surcharge in addition to the airport parking charges. |
|
|
| 16. Breakdown
Service |
|
|
All vehicles will be
provided with 24 hours
breakdown service. Hirer/Renter/Drivers have to contact our
fleet controller and follow instructions to receive
assistance. Please note that tyres, glass and accidents will
not be covered by the breakdown service. |
|
|
| 17. Additional Charges
|
|
Additional charges shall be made
to the Hirer/Renter/Driver for tolls (if applicable) at the
actual values plus a service charge* per crossing.
Additional charges will also be applicable for extra items
as requested, including but not limited to sat nav/GPS
systems, tracker systems, child/baby seats, or any other
additional requirements of Hirer/Renter/Driver and as per
the Law. |

| 18.
Driving outside Turkey & Off-Road Driving |
|
a)
|
Vehicles are not
permitted to be used for
safari/fun-drive/racing/off-roading/advertising. The
Hirer/Renter/Driver will be held liable to pay all damages,
necessary repairs & towing charges in the event of failure
to adhere with the same |
|
|
| b)
|
Vehicles may be used
only withing the
permitted region and the Hirer/Renter/Driver commits that
the Vehicle will not to be taken outside the permissible
region of access. |
|
|
|
|
| 19. Usage of Vehicles
|
| a) |
The
Hirer/Renter/Driver commits and agrees
that nobody will drive the Vehicle unless they have been
authorised by selfdrive.com.tr |
|
|
| b)
|
The
Hirer/Renter/Driver undertakes that
neither they nor any of the listed additional drivers will
use the vehicle in, pushing, pulling or towing objects,
racing,fun drives, rough/offroading orsafaris,
teachingdriving or renting the Vehicle without
selfdrive.com.tr's permission. Hirer/Renter/Drivers that
fail to adhere to the same will be held responsible & liable
for all charges resulting from damages, penalties, fines &
other dues. |

| 20. Age
Limits |
|
Use
of the website/PWA/Mobile
Application (iOS & Android) and any services provided
bySelfdrive.com.tr is available only to persons who are
above the age of 23 years and a maximum age of 65years and
must be able to form a legally binding contract under the
local Law. If you are a minor i.e. under the age of majority
specified by Law of the Land, you may use
https://www.Selfdrive.com.tr only through a parent or
guardian, but you are not permitted to subscribe to the
services yourself by using the website/PWA/Mobile
Application (iOS & Android). |

| 21. Contract -
Commercial Terms & Conditions

All
the commercial terms will be
as per the agreed terms with Selfdrive.com.tr which will
prevail over all the other agreements/contracts/terms etc

Selfdrive.com.tr or its partners reserve the
right to terminate the rental contract/agreement for
reasonsincluding but not limited to any of the below with no
liability shared or assumed: |

| 22.
Compensation |
|
|
In
the event of a request for
any request for compensation, the outcome will be at the
sole discretion of Selfdrive.com.tr and its partners.
Selfdrive and/or its partners will offer any compensation in
a situation that they deem fit and each situation will be
assessedindividually and with the proper
documentation(circumstantial or objective) and the details
of any compensation, if any, will be referred back to the
renter in 7 working days. The extent of the compensation if
approved will be to the maximum extent of 1 day rental or €
10 whichever is lower. |

| 23. Additional
Driver |
|
|
Any
request to add an additional
driver to the rental agreement/contract is subject to
approval bySelfdrive.com.tr or its partner(s). When making
the request, the complete details of the additional driver
with all relevant documents has to be provided in order to
check eligibility. Where selfdrive.com.tr or its partner(s)
has agreed/approved the additional driver, the required fees
as specified in the PWA/Website/Mobile App (or) as notified
at the time of request has to be paid for the
activation/inclusion of the additional driver. There will be
no partial inclusion of the additional driver to the rental
contract, i.e. the additional driver fee will be for the
complete duration as per the original rental
contract/agreement. |

| 24. Vehicle
Condition and Return |
|
|
Renter/Driver/Hirer/Renter/Drivers must inspect the vehicle
thoroughly when receiving it and when returning it.
Renter/Driver/Hirer/Renter/Drivers are required to take
sufficient photos or notes of any damage or otherwise
regarding the condition of the car when it was first
received, and to do the same on returning it, in case these
are required for any future reference. In the case of any
claim by Selfdrive.com.tr or its partners, if insufficient
evidence or proof is provided by the Hirer/Renter/Driver to
dispute the claim, Selfdrive.com.tr reserves the right to
charge the card on file for the damage claim and no
refunds/compensations will be awarded for the same
Renter/Hirer/Renter/Driver/Drivers should take all
reasonable efforts to return the vehicle to our partner's
location during their operating hours and should handover
the vehicle personally. In the case of vehicle abandonment
or the Vehicle being left unattended at the end of the
rental, any damage or any charges claimed by the partner
will be processed on the card on file and no
compensation/refund request will be accepted unlessthe
damage is caused by the negligence of us or one of our
employees, subject to proper evidence is being provided to
dispute the claim. if the collection was opted by the
renter/Hirer/Renter/Driver/driver, the vehicle must be
parked in a suitable place to allow collection without any
imposition of any fines or penalties until such time as it
is collected. |

| 25. Right of
Refusal |
|
Selfdrive.com.tr and its
partners reserve the right to refuse hire for any reason
|
|
|
We
will accept following
currency towards payment: GBP (€) only. |
|
|
We
expressly state that we do
not trade with or provide services in/to OFAC and sanctioned
countries. |
|
|
The
Hirer/Renter/Driver must maintain a copy
of transaction records and other relevant policies and
rules. |
